Maximum 100 people per event. If events exceed the maximum there will be additional surcharge.
There is a $400.00 deposit required for all event bookings paid via cash or bank check only, NO personal checks allowed. Event deposits will be returned ONE week after the party concludes, upon inspection of the premise for any damages. For events with over 120 people, the deposit is forfeited and the party may be terminated at the discretion of the club.
All club rental events must conclude by 12:00AM.

CASH BAR only. ALL liquor, beer & wine must be purchased from the Italian American Club.
The renter will provide their own dining utensils. Additionally, the renter is responsible for the conduct of their guests. If the club deems that the party is out of control, we reserve the right to terminate the party. The renter assumes all risks, damages to the equipment and the hall, and agrees to return the hall in the same condition it was received. No thumbtacks are prohibited from securing decorations as it damages the property, ONLY scotch tape or staples are to be used.
Guests are provided access to the hall 2 hours prior to event for set up. If additional time is needed, please contact your event booker as a surcharge will apply for additional early access.
The rental bill balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the event. Payment method is the same as above, cash or bank check ONLY. Cancellations that occur 1 month, 30 days, before the event are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations that occur 1 week, 7 days, or less before the event forfeit their refund.
